These individuals are experts in their field. Shareholders need to inform board of outrageous rewards. Again he put the cart before attaching the horse. Need to put that money into verb company buying back their stock. Our revenue is not that great nor stock price to hand out outrageous benefits. Even companies with 200 million caps do not pay their CEO this much. Being honest. Now 8 million more is being put out.. Is this company run by a mobster. Come on the dictators need to hold in the reins. 500k is not chump change...but paying a guy 2.8 million is totally nuts.
