The Data lock can be deducted from LP's speech on the 12th. I was mostly referring to making statements about the results and answering investor emails. I hope we can agree that if no statements, period, then there's no liability for misstatements? As a retired attorney, in this environment, I would advice they just stay silent until concrete data is released, in order to completely eliminate any chances of shareholder suits. These days, shareholders are suing left and right, often without a case, just to affect SP. I gather this has happened to NWBO in the past, so looks like they have learned from the past.
