I think we could have taken the still blinded data and treated the 331 as a group and then shown that for a set of 331 patients where 90% of them received DCVAX at some point in the trial that the overall survival was statistically significantly better than historical SOC GBM treatment. It is harder to do this without a control group but the data is that compelling. Linda however played it safe by not doing this and trying to keep the trial in line with how it was originally structured which makes a lot of sense given what this company has been through and the power forces working to bankrupt them and steal this industry disruptive technology.
