I'm harping on it because I think its true. Also because getting the theory out there loudly makes it less likely they'll be able to do it or get away with it. I'm harping on it because I hope they all die broke and in prison for stealing my money and yours.

And no I don't think mere incompetence is more likely for the reason I've said, if merely incompetent they would designate a scapegoat and promise to try to do better. If a conspiracy they can't do that. So lets look at their reaction to this nobody is fired, the only thing that is said is we are going to GIA in Europe in a speech from JT that is worse than usual. There is no apparent change in strategy at all, there is no deal for an authorized generic.
