AMRN would need their R-IT patent to hold ...to have the market beyond the 10 yr EU marketing exclusivity .
As HDG stated and I agree ...generics will attack the R-IT patent 3-4 yrs after AMRN has the EU approval and has spent the time and $ to build a market there. .....but still could not enter until 2031 anyway assuming AMRN gets the 10 yr marketing exclusivity they expect.
