While Jellis gave us a possibility EPA could be successful, it’s design was not acceptable and unproven to almost all regulatory agencies

You see (confirmed my view) R-IT patents invalid ... scientific proof and legal obviousness far away from each other.

"While Jellis gave us a possibility" is enough legally ... (at least: it is "obvious to try" do not have to be proven)
