As interesting as this all is..Does anybody have any thoughts as to why Collier was over selling this property to a Chinese Co.? Hong Kong or not, still tied into China. This property is so large and is of such value I do not understand the need to oversell. Will Collier lose his $12 mil bonus?
I don't think the ROD will be jeopardized, but it may be delayed while those at the ACOE mull this over. Thoughts? Have to go out...will respond tomorrow.TIA
