BB, we'll never know since all attorney fees are usually lumped into SG&A. We need an attorney who will work pro bono to find a solid reason to sue the bod for dereliction of duties. But it's not going to get the share price up.
Maybe we can get an open letter to the BOD published somewhere like the WSJ that suggests a lawsuit, without using those exact words against all board members, try to embarrass them into taking action against JT et al, name all their names so there's a paper trail that will show up when their name is searched on google!! Just thinking out loud.
