tampa--The only problem I have with your very fine analysis is that I'm not sure whether WAVE has a future "lock" on the premium services. WAVE presently has a "lock" on its premium services, including the utility services, due to its first-mover status. But beyond that, I would think other vendors would be allowed to compete with WAVE on the premium services front.
