Oh my,,,Another reason the insurance companies want and end to medicaid/medicare.....


But it got worse. Companies figured out that they were going to get overbilled for their employees so they invented the Gold, Silver and Bronze plans with escalating deductibles.

So the GOP came up with HSA accounts similar to 401Ks so employees could bank money to pay off the deductibles. And of course the HSA's were carried forward so you would not lose it. But there is a cap on how much you can contribute to your HSA then pray you don't have a major healthcare problem that would wipe out your HSA account.
