Speaking of Larry Sands.....

Do you know he and Mark Munroe started a company called SCWorx. It was passed off to another guy to run (most likely so they can control behind the scenes). The CEO of the company has a sketch past himself.
The company is trading on the NASDAQ (WORX) and was suspended for months. Is actively trading again now.

What is interesting and how it applies to SGSI is that there was a 8-K filing for WORX and SGSI was listed as the company at the bottom on the signatory line of the WORX 8-K.....LOL. This happened back on April. It was corrected, but someone pointed it out on Twitter.

I think the only way SGSI ever makes it to trading on NASDAQ is if they merge with WORX before it eventually becomes an OTC stock.
