Is that so. Well here’s a quote from the new 10-Q on page 6 for all you potential investors. Bet you can’t refute this.

“On June 19, 2020, the Company issued 315,790 common shares with a fair value of $1,263 for consulting and advisory services to a non-related party. The fair value of the common shares issued was based on an independent valuation of the fair value of the Company’s common stock on the date of issuance.”

Issuing the stock for pennies and you fools on this board are pretending to buy at dollar levels. Don’t kid yourselves guys. They can’t pull out real evidence from the filings because there is none. Good luck to everyone still holding this steaming pile of horse shit.
