I think it implies $NDTP is about to drop the SEC filing.

The website http://www.NDTPharma.com went live about 2 weeks ago.

About 8 days ago the Nevada SOS records got cleaned up

Days ago the Transfer Agent got replaced (the one that caused an 8 week delay this year?)

But I suspect it means the SEC filing is ready, if that was your question?

We are watching for a clean up of brokers and stock site data. Site data that is all way off on current posted share quantity and company business data and not even close to www.OTCMarkets.com data updated by the new TA. OTCmarkets data is waiting for a clean up as well, but it has been cleaned up and updated step by step, like the share structure and CEO and Counsel being listed as well as the new TA. From what I am seeing, it looks like Hovis, et.al., and the $NDTP attorney/counsel are doing that clean up before the SEC filing. Which makes perfect since if they are up listing with an SEC 1-A filing.

It is note worthy that attorney, company counsel listed on OTCMarkets.com months ago for $NDTP specializes in SEC 1-A/S-1 filings.

I like my odds on seeing $300/share here
