What would have happened if Amarin had just ignored that all together'?
(Hindsight I know) - but the FDA would not have been able to destroy patents - so how would FDA be able to allow H and R to go ahead ?

(Point: 'It was Amarin that sued H and R - not the other way around).
------------

It sure would be nice with a time machine here - with all the bad (destroying) decisions being made 'not only by opponents' but by Amarin itself (9th circuit the worst).
