The time to have sold the company was yesterday

The second best time is now.

Getting rid of JT is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound. There is just too much wrong with the company, to its very core, to think that simply replacing JT will fix it. The entire board is complicit.

Selling the company now is the trauma surgery needed to save the patient.
