For all the good intentions it is hard to se the justice system (who already gave us 'the finger twice') should turn around and accept an En blanc hearing.

So what is there to hope for now' - that can get things back on track for Amarin ?

If Europe is GOI (as the official direction is right now) as Will says WS - couldn't care less about this company - which the current SP reflects all to well.

What is hard to understand is why JT and Amarin - seem to be complete paralyzed - not reacting at all 'to the total collapse of SP'.

What are they waiting for - En blanc ?

With the chance of succes in EB close to zero - why are Management not 'all over Bio press - signaling 'ACTION - Decisions to better SP - and future of company - on the way very soon ?

And it is true that JT has this One Chance to leave this ship - still being head of decisions - BUT ONLY IF BO (or a Close Partner Deal - with prearranged full BO deal in 2 - 3 years).

No matter what JT's his days as CEO of Amarin is about to end.

His choice is 'if he will se SP collapse even further - taking the company back to SP before R-I (it's already very close) - or he will actually try to finish with 'Signing the Deal' - that could/can make company recover back on track before he steps down.
