He hired known conmen, when their previous crimes were public knowledge.
He filed and dismissed his own fake lawsuit, because it obviously would not have ended in guilty plea (why else would you take $5k vs. $29 Million?) The only reason the lawsuit was filed, is the known criminals Yazbeck willingly hired wanted to scam fast, and Yazbeck want a slow trickle scam to avoid SEC visibility and enable 5-10 years of free income for no actual work.
Yazbeck lied to shareholders about partnerships and business activities via carefully worded, non-committal and easy to misconstrue press releases.
Yazbeck signed 5-6 Billions shares away to toxic lenders that only provided enough funds to cover his salary, bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, car allowance, daily meals, etc.
Never once, did Yazbeck request loans that would provide additional funds to cover operational expenses.
Yazbeck stole everyone's money...and what do you know...he is now the named defendant. So, technically, yes, defendant Yazbeck did steal your money.
It was a mighty big mistake Trusting Yazbeck with your money before Verifying he wasn't a conboy.
