crtg. Well Pegs, the provisional Patent holds the BLUEPRINT for the advanced version of the product, so it will have to be exactly duplicated when they apply for a full Patent! If they decide to go with another version, they will have to go through the same "Provisional" process all over again, that is if they need more developmental time!
If through the help of people like EVONTEK, an advanced version becomes available, then they can apply for a full patent right then and there!
Then they have the U-of-Michigan working on a NEW Chemistry for the CHS, that is my hope at least, so they can, theoretically speaking, develop two different versions of the CHS? If they come up with something new as well, then we can apply for two Patents, one for each version of the product?
But again, this area of Investment is the most difficult one to deal with? There are so many fine products gathering dust somewhere because the competition is often 5 steps ahead of the sub-penny Co's? It is like the old New York Yankees playing a 10 game series with a good Minor league team! After a long series, where the Yankees won 9 of the games easily, the minor league team won 1 game after fighting tooth and nail for nine innings, and edged-out the Yanks due to an error in the Ninth inning! Usually it is the other way around because the minor league team usually makes the most errors!
There is hope though, as the guys at the top are very very energetic, (how can they not be when they work only 7-8 days a month,) so they can often overcome a deficit through sheer determination and energy!!! GL
