Then the crazy hard freeze hit when the pipes burst requiring some major repairs.

It wasn't a crazy hard freeze; it was normal Niagara Falls weather. This has been discussed previously.

They pumped water into a 400C heated, sealed container. The container went boom; as designed, it failed at a pressure relief fail safe system (a thin metal plate).

Why did they pump water into the kiln? They had cleaned up some spilled cutting fluid, due to sloppy management. They pumped the fluid/water into the heating fluid tank. So, the heat transfer fluid was adulterated with water.

After the machine blew up, it shut down by design. Residual water in the cooling pipes froze, rupturing the pipes. This is all very normal, not because of some crazy weather conditions.

Then JBII held its Annual Meeting, neglecting to tell everyone the Flagship had just Blown the Eff Up.

Then JBII held off filing financials for 6 months, so they could hide the truth of what had happened in December 2013.
