Sorry but you are mistaken. The 50 million offerring is for preferred shares and they are covertible into common shares. So that by definition is DILUTION.
So all this talk of no REVERSE SPLIT by the menagement of this scam was a lie. What a piece of garbage this scam is.
If TPTW has a material event for contracts for the sale of any of their products they need to address that with SEC disclosures. To date NADA, ZILCH and ZERO.
