WRONG! SEC don''t giva-a-Shiiaare price about anything (Wink-Wink)
If they did, then none off the millions of pinksheets and other born-rip-offs would still exist! yet alone at all!
Yet they do! (Still do and growing) all under the SEC's Watchful eyes! ..Especially when considering that the SEC has to APPROVE THEM!!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
