Of course it is!

But, investors need accurate information to make decisions. I am seeing to it that everyone who may be considering purchasing the Class D shares, based on what Mr. Thomas said in the podcast yesterday, has accurate information about what the offering really says. They need to read it carefully, do the math, and see what happens if TPTW gets uplisted to NASDAQ less than 18 months after they purchase the shares. Keeping in mind, when doing the math, that it normally takes a share price of $4 to uplist to NASDAQ, or $2-$3 under certain exceptions.
