The BEAUTY of what SHAREHOLDERS are doing with the Marjac Amicus Brief to be presented for EN Banc review is that it gives JUDGE DU a TOTAL OUT!!! It wasn’t her fault that information that was submitted to her and that she RELIED UPON and based her decision on was FRUADULANT!!! This gives her TOTAL COVER!!! My only problem is why was this not caught by Amarin lawyers??? Can shareholders sue Covington for legal malpractice???
