rais, BOD and JT are protected with liability insurance for any such actions. Their private assets are protected. JT can stay as long as he wants to and no one can force him out except someone with voting rights. If JT committed fraud then the legal sharks would have a case for a class action that takes forever to settle. You would need someone who has had an actual loss of $250,000 or more to take the lead in such a lawsuit. As common stockholders, we have no recourse which I've stated several times. Sorry for the bad news.
