I understand your frustration and I agree with you partially, LOI's really don't mean much until they are acted on! Did you happen to see the 13/g that was filed a short time back?

Looks like he runs/owns Wiser Partners and if I were a guessing man he acquired those shares as payment for his services which are forthcoming. Wiser Partners has a pretty impressive list of companies that they've worked for with excellent feedback!!

The way I look at it, if everything turns out to be on the up and up which I believe it is, then you have a lot to lose by either selling shares for next to nothing or not buying in at such cheap levels!. People get frustrated and sell just because they claim they want to get at least something from their previous investment. Myself, I would rather lose it all then give it away for next to nothing and take my chances!

In any event, I understand where your coming from, a lot of crooked $hit goes on in the investment world and of course it's worse with penny stocks, however, this just may be a hidden gem that is being run by someone who really wants to make it work!
