I got an LOI from my bank seeking me to borrow money...what does that mean?.. squat....FPFI has no money to buy anything.. look at the balance sheet. now why would Human Brands, if they truly are a company with assets want to be acquired by a company with no assets...?... if FPFI had assets, it would be selling for more than .00004 cents...this LOI has scam written all over it, just like Nikola electric car has....did you read the short sellers report?.. Nikola took a prototype car with no engine, towed it up a hill with a chain, and set it loose to roll down..the fact is this morning , the president of the BOD resigned, and the stock is cratering as well as General Motors who took an interest in Nikola... now the CEO for general motors is under fire fro doing a contract with a bogus company....did you hear of Theranos?, with a bogus blood cure?..
