That also shows that CRTG is set on making the CHS better, if that is what they Hired Evonik to do? Also, with a HIGH STAKES product like the CHS+ stuff, crtg must have agreed on a Split Patent percentage if they find that "Better Product"? No Company would agree to the proposition that if they find a better product, they would hand it over to CRTG just for a stipulated fee! And since that year is about up for the Provisional Patent status, anybody could patent it, if there wasn't a strict agreement between the two parties to allow crtg a full ownership of the product?
