I said this all I think before Couldbebetter and was the 1st guy to mention Authorized Generics after the patent loss. Of course I told IR that Thero should use the THREAT of authorized generics to negotiate a settlement.

I may not have been the original Thero hater but I definitely hated him before it was cool.
