cramer is not gonna mention a worthless merger to his followers. lol lol roflmao. this merger is not worth anything, and it is not even a merger at this time. it's a non-binding loi, most of which fall apart during negotiations in the otc. lol i will not be surprised to see this one fall apart either. i don't know why any reputable biopharma startup would merge with a pink shell on the otc with a horrible capital structure and debt. common shareholders lose off the bat in this scenario. enzc is not worth more than the .0009 pps it was trading at a few weeks ago, at this point. boiler rooms are exiting. order will soon evolve into chaos on the sell side of the trading here. watch and learn.
