That link did not really go to anywhere--i mean it went to a blank search thing--asking way more than just the contract number so i gave up
-maybe i did something wrong--but i will take your word for it--so i guess you are saying that care clix signed a contract to do business with san diego--therefore its legit. i really do not know--of course for me it comes down to the weird relationship between solie health and the 2 different care clix's--and all i can say ids that i saw a signed contract between a penny scam and panama talking about starting up a ferry service and well--there is no ferry service--there is no company but there is still panama.
But i might as well ask you--why would a company signing legit deals not have their financials disclosed?--crazy late ones?
