If there is anyone wondering why we are trading in the triple zeros for so long, they don't have to look much farther than this ridiculous stock price destroying loan deal of 50% discounted priced shares given for financing. What a company horrible deal IMO. What a slap in the face to all other stockholders who had to pay full price for their shares. Talk about 'red flags' to potential investors! Add this to the already ridiculous shares outstanding and potential investors see this, laugh and RUN! no matter how good the products are, this is going to always be an elephant un the room to those who do basic stock research for investing. SALES will have to extremely increase to overshadow this disaster of a deal and the affect is has on dilution. Just a JOKE it IS IMO. Created by and for a self serving management.
