rachelelise, yes trying to follow closely but my mind can be a brick!

I think you got it right...Premium Services are server solutions and the basic services are local to the PC itself (not networked and therefore not really TC).

Yes, I would expect value-added reselling to be of considerable importance in marketing the network stuff (and the basic stuff?). Thanks.
