Poor Man, I understand what you are thinking. I think Corning plays the role of manufacturer and supplier of Satish Murthy's product. And NWBio bought Satish's company. Yes Agree it is only about a $5M tiny acquisition and for that will the pps shoot up 30+% on that news?? I think something else is going on, and Someone Knows Something. I see this kind of clouding activities in other M&A process just to keep the Market in dark. Same might be going on here and one of the parties involved might be hiding it in the name of the Flaskworks deal. We will probably know some clear signals this Tuesday.
