Penny stocks are a lot like horse racing. Neither one is actually predictable from the players side. Both are run by people who hold all the cards and distribute the information. Scam companies with false fins and PR's, horse trainers with doping, jockey games and controlling the card with who runs and who doesn't. Casinos are in the same company.

Both are and should be considered GAMBLING, not investing.
