One was on the Friday before the long July 4th holiday where Anavex made public the $250M shelf. I think the stock was in the $6's and after that news it went downhill into the $4's in a few weeks I think. The other one was a financing agreement I believe with Lincoln last year.

So for example, I would totally expect Missling to PR "bad" PDD news of missing primary end points but we nailed secondary endpoints, and the sub group will be examined. I can see him releasing that on a Friday.
