Yeah, they were going to acquire Rimrock according to the filings, but there was not going to be a merger, at least not with CRCW ....of course thats what some pumper was screaming on the iHub board though......'reverse triangular merger'....lol...but that was just BS IMO, that's not how reverse triangular mergers work. The merger was already done, CROE became CRCW......why they wanted to acquire Rimrock exactly was interesting, but just pure speculation.
Always pissed me off too, as I had just combed through the CRCW filings, one of the first investors to do so, and I completely missed the Rimrock connection, which is unusual for me....the iHubber who did finally uncover it, pumped it, and made a ton off that.
