They bought a shell CROE , that was a mens clothing / design ticker - then announce in a filing they were going to merge with RMRK> this was when the crypto currency was flying ( bitcoin was 20k per) they went from pennys to $600 plus PPS - got suspended and then announced they were no longer going to be doing the merger with RMRK> Rafe Furst of Internet Poker fame was / is one of the drivers. the SEC claimed they were pumping the stock.
