Have to be honest - I don't think it will work. There is between 5- and 6.000 patent law cases every year in USA. Many of them resembles Amarins case against Hikma - Dr. Reddy. A story like this 'is everyday news in Gods own country'.

Had it been related to Politics - some sex skandale (Mee Too) you would have stood a chance maybe - but a small Bio company loosing a patent case - will not be headlines on CNN or Fox News.
