I beg to differ. SHMP needs to sell stock to keep the lights on. IF and that's a BIG IF SHMP executes the LOIs for F&T and Velo, there goes $8 MILLION CASH. SHMP still has to complete the first plant and said they were gonna build a second plant. There goes the rest of the CASH (yeah, yeah, Easterling says a lot of things that don't come to realization).

Financing $11 MILLION via credit just adds to SHMP's costs, as would the notes associated with Velo.
