If it were truly poised for success, they would never have sold to FUNN at an unknown price.

The other reason why it will likely fail is because it was an ambitious, unique, one-off project to begin with.

There is no longer a consistent, themed design or concept that Dodger has in mind.

No way the Dodger has a viable Franchising concept or design.

How the hell can you call the Chicago cafe "unviable" when it opened JUST before the Pandemic?! You have NO freakin clue how viable the place will be. But damn it's in CHICAGO! And to think SnL does VERY well in Arizona
