New TA for $NDTP is very good news.

1) It means any 11 year old unpaid debt to the old TA was paid in Full.

2) We know the old TA had not done his job the last 11 years and caused the share return delay with the DTC 2-4 months ago.

3) And Hovis cleaned up old unrelated files in the Nevada SOS records days ago.

4) We should watch to see final clean up of OTC markets records and any updates to Bloomberg and Yahoo, and Broker's records and data that have very old out of date share structure and market cap data, and business category data, etc. Any and all stock market sites. Would make sense for them to that before the SEC files drop and they uplist.....
