DILUTION? If "Sneaky J" Tilton has ACTUALLY lowered the A/S a couple times since 2017 why has it stayed the same according to the numbers on the OTC Markets site? And if he hasn't been DILUTING (I've read he didn't own any common stock for NSAV) then why has the O/S INCREASED by 2,499,013,253 shares since 2017?

Net Savings Link, Inc. (OTC: NSAV) announced today that the Company has completed a 350 million reduction of its authorized shares. This is the second major reduction of NSAVs authorized shares under current management. Previously the Company enacted a 4 billion or 40% reduction of its authorized shares.

But did he ACTUALLY reduce the A/S? EVER? Is there any PROOF he did? I'm asking because it appears to me that the A/S has NEVER reduced at all. (Frankly, I do NOT know where I originally got the numbers for 2017 from but I didn't make them up!).

So it certainly appears to me that the A/S has stayed the same at 6 BILLION while the O/S has INCREASED by 2,499,013,253 shares in the last 3 years!! (That's $249,901.33 @.0001 each).

Anyhow, of late, the volume here over the last 17 trading days (excluding today) has been 1,173,636,309 (@.0001 that would be $117,363.63 worth of shares traded). Add that to this:

Huge Trading Volume without huge % gain = Classic paid promotion dilution.
Don't be Fooled by "Volume Before Price"
If the Volume from Dilution, The price will NOT go up.

And the price of NSAV is still @.0001. It didn't go up.
