for whatever reason -- the reason doesn't matter....

IF the ActiPatch failed in the UK because it was never prescribed by doctors, it will fail in the USA for the same reason.

Doctors don't prescribe aspirin or tylenol or ice packs or any other OTC pain solution. They tell patients "just use tylenol for the pain" and they might tell a patient "try the ActiPatch for the pain" but they won't PRESCRIBE the ActiPatch.

Patients in the UK continue to buy aspirin and Tylenol -- disposable OTC pain solutions -- even though they are not covered by the NHS. They didn't buy the ActiPatch after trying it once or possibly twice.

BIG PROBLEM THERE.
