And it there is a way to put new CEO in place (Kenedy gone) I'll vote for it tomorrow.

The question is then 'how to give it' a shot (pressing Amarin to clean out management) - without having to go through the yearlong process of Law trial.

Would it be an option that a Potential partner - could make it a part of a the deal - new CEO (and management/BOD) - as a mandatory requirement for signing a deal ?

It would have to be through getting tutes onboard first maybe.
