What i understand it is the Amicus letters for CAFC 12 judges he is working on.

And he is moving office - hope he's in god health - taking Vascepa :)

Did you read i think it was sts/ or ccb's story about removing a Management of a company using the Law. It ended in total disaster - the company went Bankrupt.

I'm on fully on the team - BO / Partner for US and Europe. But I do think trying to Push company to act' of free will - is a better solution than having to go through a year long legal process - that might 'kill the company' instead of helping SP recover - is a risky business.

With all the shares that JT and BOD owns - they do have the same interest as the rest of us to se SP recover - much as possible.
