Well unfortunately, THIS management has left us all a roadmap of dilution from convertibles that can be done at anytime. From the last filing, notice how many conversions there were converting their notes and not all have hit market. This is getting much much worse, in my opinion.

Where did the $400,000 come from to pay Schreiber ?
