Suppose they want to file, it would still take many months. And if they do, they will have to write off AF4/AF5 and also the licensing right for AF5 (finally). I don't know, $100M? $200M? I would have to look it up.
Then, the TRW-receivables of some $68M. I don't think they will find an auditor unless they are completely corrupt that will still allow SIAF to book those receivables. Another write-off. And the stock dividend is obviously dead.
The good progress they made on the S-1? I knew it was a lie.
