Oh, OK. Then bet against the settlement. I hoped you would make money along side myself and the Plaintiffs, but clearly you won't. All good. There are two sides to every trade. Unfortunately, you are on the wrong side. It happens! You've misread much of what has occurred since litigation commenced, and challenged my read on the situation repeatedly. Fine, but I'm sitting at 3X my investment. and I've been right more than I've been wrong, by a lot. Remember when you wrote "There is no way Fredly/Plaintiffs would lie in court over meaningless payouts"? I said they would, and they did! I've tried to steer you in the right direction, but you would rather fight me, others, and the reality of the settlement, and continue to fear the ghost of Solly, rather than embrace the newly obtained control of the Plaintiffs. I wish you luck Dutch. 've been told you are a nice guy. My downside is break even. My upside is $1-$2. If you think I'm faking it, and Solly retains any standing (which he does not), get short....we'll catch up in October. Put your money where your mouth is, as I have.
