JL - raist@ Just found a story surrounding Teva - in a Danish media - that indicates that Teva will be probably occupied elsewhere a the moment. Also Teva is a subject for US justice systems right now. Big money at stake.

Of Course that does not exclude that Teva would be interested in a partner deal - to the contrary actually - they will need strong future products no matter how case in USA ends. But it would suggest that a direct BO of Amarin by Teva - will not be likely in the short run.

Teva will know Amarin (the first to make a generic deal) - so 'someone' should contact management of the company and suggest 'they have a look at Amarin situation'. Explain Teva that many on eg. AMRN iHub board - hope for a Teva - Amarin partner deal - for selling Vascepa AG in US and Europe.

As listening to JT yesterday - does not indicate 'any movement' of Amarin management - maybe they would react on a direct contact from Teva - suggesting exploring a possible partner deal.
