Maybe the GIB Capital Group that took over $XHUAD

Is not be the GIB Capital Group in this recently released launch video claiming they will be trading on the OTC soon.


And maybe the new CEO Soon Hua Tham from the change of control filing above is not the same Soon Hua Tham listed as a director of AFF multi-finance group - Parent company of GIB Capital Group- in the link below.
